Around 1993 I did some horse-trading of a computer for a "sort of running" 1976 Yamaha RD200C motorcycle. It was kept in the garage and then a shed until November 2006, when I had a local bike shop return it to running condition. While the work wasn't cheap (crank was locked up, seals, bearings, rings, plugs, new tires, battery, etc.), it was something I had looked forward to for many years.
The bike was restored as a Christmas present for Nick. Below are some pictures that show the excellent condition of this classic bike. (the "artistically angled photos" were taken by my daughter Erica...)
